You can start your trade mark application by filling out the form. Only use this form if you have already carried out a search to ascertain whether or not there are any similar or identical trade marks that may prevent the registration of your trade mark.

 

Please note that this form is only used to collect information required to start the UK trade mark application on your behalf. Once you make full payment, we would file your trade mark application with the UK Intellectual Property Office.

This form can be used to provide information about one trade mark in one or more classes at a time. If you have more than one trade mark, you will need to fill separate forms for each trade mark. If you have several trade marks, you can send us an email instead.
